Everything was perfect and above expectations.
1.Termini next door is an advantage.
2. Personnel is very attentive.
3.Breakfasts good.
4. Room is comfortable and quiet.
5.Hotel is client oriented. All requests fulfilled very quickly.

Great breakfast, room was spacious and bed comfortable. Great location to Termini rail and metro, and restaurants. Very helpful front desk and cleaning staff.
Shower controls were difficult to operate and faulty. Television reception was poor and hard to operate the two televisions. We basically gave up on the TV. Elevator was slow and broke a couple of times during our 5 day stay.

Plumbing was awful - sometimes there was hot water. Carpet in room really quite dirty, Light switch arrangement was simply weird.
