We have stayed here before and find this property really suits our needs

The staff are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The pillows were a little on the thin side, but the staff very kindly came and gave us 2 more.

Brilliantly located for walks around the Norfolk Broads, seal watching and proximity to National
trust properties, the ocean and many other attractions including, importantly, the Kings Arms pub. The house contains everything you will ever need and more, and the beds/pillows are some of the most comfortable I have slept on.
A shortage of information on how things in the house functioned, for example the wifi code and the heating system.
