beautifully renovated with sauna in the room. close proximity to the lake and to the bus stop for Tre Cime
no kettle and cups in the room. however, can get hot water from the kitchen and also cups. but a hassle

The private sauna room and the tree-like pole in my room.
The cables running across the corridor.

Good location, nice staff (owners?), ok breakfast, but not too many choices.
Relatively expensive for what you get, probably because there are not so many alternatives in the area in low season. We got a small room on the 3rd floor with a tiny bathroom. Words slowest elevator.
