The bathroom, breakfast, and how communicative the staff were.
Just the location

The hotel is simple but very pleasant and well maintained. My room was in the building next to the main hotel and had a beautiful mountain view with a very large balcony, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. The room itself was simple, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is also great for exploring Cortina and the surrounding Dolomites.
Like many hotels in this area, there is no air conditioning. It would have been nice if the room had at least a fan for warmer nights. Since I had to keep the balcony door open, a few bees occasionally flew into the room because of the beautiful flowers around the property.

Walking distance to town in Cortina and parking was available onsite.
The shower broke and there were sparks from the charging port.
