Big bed and bathroom and plenty of space in the room. Great location for Oxford St shopping and access to train/tube.
A little harsh and cold with the wooden floor throughout but that's just personal preference.

Super clean room, lovely staff, very affordable. Great breakfast, sour dough toast plus Greek yoghurt granola bowl, with superfood topping!
The room was a little cold at first.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable, I left the hotel feeling like my needs were genuinely cared for. The bed was rather comfortable, despite sleeping awkwardly causing my back to be in pain the following morning.
The location was rather confusing, the hotel is all split up into different sections which could easily confuse vulnerable people. I had to go to two separate offices just to be able to check in, and then walk further up the road to get into my room. I've never known that before, I found it rather strange and disorientating.
While the standards of the room were serviceable surrounding cleanliness and care, I found the room itself to be incredibly small and poorly made. I don't mind a small room for one person if I'm staying overnight or something but the lack of space specifically in the bathroom is quite shocking. Legs touching the sink area in front of you while using the toilet and having to squeeze through narrow space just to get in and out of the shower. For an unaware plus-sized individual, this would be hell.
