the staff has been very very kind, nice and helpful they took care of us a lot, all our needs were satisfied nicely and professionally, breakfast was very good and all the recommendations received related to the city were accurate,. The hotel is located very close to a shopping center full of restaurants what helped a lot

Great location, close to the New City Centre and within walking distance of AFI Brașov Shopping Centre. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, with plenty of options to choose from.
A special mention goes to the reception staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. They really made us feel at home.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!
The only thing I would suggest adding is a kettle in the room, so guests can make a cup of tea or coffee whenever they like, rather than only being able to enjoy one during breakfast.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

The property was very clean, decent breakfast but with few options, it isn’t an open buffet style.
Really cold rooms, they had only one blanket and the heat in the radiators was stopped during the day, even if it was 0 degrees outside.
If you want to sleep and put the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door, they still call you on the telephone in the room to ask when they can come clean, which is annoying and disrespectful.
