Both hotel staff members we encountered were very helpful. I recommend booking a taxi to the airport through them if needed; it works out a bit cheaper.

Everything: great location, wonderful and super helpful personnel, excellent value, all necessary accommodations, excellent air conditioning, good housekeeping.
Possibly, an extra shelf in the bathroom and additional shelves in the room would have been perfect.

The manager Burhan was exceptionally helpful and all the staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

The view was nice, the staff were friendly and helped with our luggage, our rooms were cleaned and we were given new towels every day. The WiFi worked well, and the air conditioner was very good, too (and much needed in the 30+ degree heat).
The photos on booking.com give a much better impression of the property than what it's like in reality. The cleanliness was "okay," but there were bits of dust around the bed, and the wardrobe was worn and not super-dooper clean either. I found a few longer hairs on the bedding (though the duvet and pillowcases smelled clean). The lamps next to the bed were unstable. The rooftop terrace does not have any facilities - it's an entirely empty space with a lot of unused potential. The elevator was barely enough for fitting in 3 people, and it didn't go up to the top floor.
