The exceptional service we received, particularly from Mansour, truly made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's ideal location allowed us to easily access the main attractions, and its unique layout added to its charm. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Our only minor issues were the noisy neighbors and the TV channels that weren’t working, which were only resolved on our last day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
The TV not working or having only Turkish selections.
