Rooms are too small but expected for Tokyo stay.

Rooms typical of most in Japan rather small for 2 people. Safe and easily accessible (10min walk to most popular locations/dtations). Front desk especially the taller gentleman very courteous and he spoke English well. They have coffee or tea available at lobby along w t vacuum bag presser to space minimalizing of your clothes. Shower hand held was not adjustable but can adjust water to very hot. Its connected to small lav which was rather interesting. No shaving in small bathroom. AC was good and bed was firm and comfortable. Very quiet rooms. They don't allow early check ins so 3:00 is it. They accept luggage storage before and after your stay.

About 5 min walk to Ginza central. Awesome location, hotel was not grandieur, but meets all your needs.
Breakfast included was a coupon to the downstairs cafe. Not many options for breakfast, but delicious nonetheless.

The location was nice, with plenty of restaurants, food spots and shopping within a 5–10 minute walk.
The price was very high compared to what we got at other hotels for less. The room was very small, and there was no space to store our suitcases under the bed, so there was barely room to move around. The location was nice but not ideal: the nearby station is small and serves only one train line, so for most places we visited in Tokyo we had to walk at least 10–15 minutes to catch a different train or bus. The pillows were also strange, with one side feeling like it was filled with small stones while the other side was fine. Sleep was okay overall.
