Nicole in the reception was really, really helpful and cheerful at all times. Thank you!
We would have liked a bigger room. A breakfast option would also have been great. And a smoking area.

The room had excellent amenities, from washer/dryer and great bathroom use of space. Hotel was in a great location close to a number of train lines and restaurants, convenience stores etc.Very clean and welcoming staff.
If I’m honest there was nothing that we didn’t like, being the first time in Japan, you need to adapt to things being similar but very different, but that’s all part of the experience. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Location, staff, washing machine
Not an option for breakfast- only a discount in the closeby Costa. And the options there are dull and not tasty

Great location, the room was a bit bigger than usual
The room wasn't clean, chairs and carpets were all stains and bathroom floor was not an exception. They do offer room cleaning once a week so I guess it doesn't help with the general cleanliness of the room.
