Great staff, they were very helpful and kind! Kitchen was very convenient, we could have a little breakfast on the patio before taking the 15 min stroll into the city centre. Great pizzeria (Giotto) around the corner.

It was clean, and we had everything we needed for 2 nights, including amenities and coffee.
It was a bit far from center but bus stops were close by.

Only bummer was it was not very close to the city center (about a 20min walk to Santa Maria Novella).

it was clean and easy to get into the center on foot (trams were overcrowded to the point of people almost spilling out)
pet allowed for 25 eur
very thin walls inside, the room next to us had a drinking party long into the night and we didn’t sleep much
windows are old and don’t insulate sound nor temperature, making the room cold even if the heater is on and what you would normally heat up by breathing throughout the night
