Room was cleanly, big, and very comfortable. Also furnished in a way that didn't feel sterile. Breakfast is simple, self-serve, but also good value. There's also lots of places around for good food and you can easily commute to city center (or walk if you like longer walks).
I did slip in the shower at one point, ironically because it was so clean. Thankfully no harm done aside from a sore arm and a bump on the side of my head, but they should probably get a floor mat for the shower since the shower head is near the inclined part of the tub meant for your back, meaning you move towards the incline, and if you're covered in soap that's a recipe for a fall.

The host was very friendly and available to meet me during my arrival time. There was also great information given on nearby things and food to have.
The room could have been more clean, wasn't exactly as pictured. Seemed like a more up to date location to stay but was instead older. The entire place could be cleaned better
