A very pleasant stay at Hôtel Félicien! What really made the difference was the staff, especially Youssef and Daevy, who were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. It’s always a pleasure to encounter people who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you both for making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was alright, room was spacious enough and bed was good. We had one good staff member who took our feedback seriously.
Overall spa was not clean, after the first day we didn’t want to go back as the water wasn’t clean. We also had other issues with the cleaning of the room and the staff did not take our concerns seriously, they said they are busy with others so adviced to speak to cleaners directly.
Also we had some issues in the area and almost got robbed.
