I was treated so nicely from the moment I went walked in. My room was not ready at 11 am but was given the spa room to shower and freshen up. By the time I was finished they had my room ready, it had the Eiffel tower views and given macrons to enjoy. The room was spacious and great lighting in the room. I was excited to have a clean bed to rest and AC. I was only a 12 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. My last day I was given hot chocolate and muffin on my way out to the airport; I would absolutely come back.
The neighborhood is a bit sketchy in the evening.

One of the best hotels in Paris! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. On arrival, they offered us coffee, water, and snacks before even asking for our booking details. Such wonderful hospitality!
Nothing negative to mention. As a small suggestion, it would be great to have more mirrors, weights, and exercise machines in the gym.

After arriving at midnight and checking in, I suffered a medical emergency. The lobby was staffed and the concierge assisted us in mediating with Emergency Services. This was a relief as language was a barrier. I am happy to say everything turned okay thanks to the very helpful staff!
The fridge was a bit small.
