This hotel was absolutely amazing.
It is modern, elegant and is situated next to shopping centre. Great staff, amazing cleaning team and great attention to details.
Nothing - all has been perfect

Lovely hotel and nice rooms. The beds were not as large as some of the other hotels but overall very good. Maybe smaller rooms than we expected for a family of four adults.
Small beds.

Perfect stay at the Ritz Carlton. The Xi'an property did not disappoint. All amenities in the room went above our expectations. Special mention goes to the ultra-comfortable bed and pillows! Thank you for the wonderful birthday arrangement of cake and balloons in my room, we highly appreciate the thoughtful arrangement.
Nothing!
