All staff were very friendly and professional. All requests were answered and actioned quickly
There were no power outlets in the bathroom which was quite inconvenient.

Excellent location, interior and service.
Nothing.

From the front desk to the cleaners, everyone was super nice and could speak a bit of English. The garden is really nice( aparte from the screaming kids). The garden view from the 11th floor was super nice.
Clean, comfortable and friendly place .
The rooms could be refreshed ( it’s an old building and interior).

We like the Shangri la feel.
The location is too far from city centre.
Tian Xiang Ge staff attitude is not what we used to experience in other Shangri la restaurants.
Housekeeping, body soap empty during my shower.
