Siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Creo que el desayuno puede ser mejor.

Lovely staff, 10 mins walking away from historic centre. Good hotel shuttle from airport worked well.
Checked in into the wrong room; which got corrected next day. Hotel feels run down, small lobby and entrance is always locked (due to outside area?), breakfast with mini portions and mini plates of everything that runs out quickly, this should be a quick fix to improve guest experience. Elevator quite scary, if you walk up/down to the rooms the stair wells are not lighted at all (disastrous when there's an emergency). Overall the building doesn't feel very safe and plenty of better hotel options around. Street is a bit seedy (1 block away from a big jail).

"Staff were amazing. They helped us all the time. They give us take away breakfast even in the evening before(we were going on night bus). The view from the room was AMAZING!!!"
