The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and spacious. Cute little colonial style hotel.
Service is friendly and accommodating although English was not great but they tried and it was far better than my Spanish.
The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not soundproof so we could hear everything that was happening outside on the street. Every car, every drunk argument, every footstep walking past at night.
The bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan. It was so spacious and large and yet had no space to hang or put anything on (a rail, some bench space and some hooks would've been nice to have).
No lifts, but only going up 1 flight of stairs so if you have heavy luggages, that might be a struggle. The location is OK but not central to anything.
The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.
There was peeling paint and cracks in the walls. The decor is cute, but not useful to that space.
The breakky was average.
