Location .
Eco friendly with wooden key cards and option not to have room cleaned .
Making tea/coffee communal and not in each individual room.
Problem either room and the staff were very reactive.
Breakfast was impossible when the hotel was full with a coach party .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Excellent breakfast
One of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever been in, barely room for 2. The balcony was a nice option, but over looked a dirty courtyard with other's storage & trash
