Really nice hotel and in a very good location. I would definitely recommend and stay there again when back in Annecy.
All was good.

Location. Very clean. Friendly staff
Bathroom very small. Shower did not have any cover or screen so bathroom floor gets very wet

Staff were attentive and friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast.
Location was perfect, near to the station and city centre, old town.
Doors could all do with painting as lots of chipped edges and areas so looks tired.

"I loved the location, close to the train and walking distance from their famous downtown area. Cute, clean rooms; nice big tubs and showers. Separate WC. The petit dejeuner was also perfect."
