The property was excellent! Great location. Great A/C. Clean room! Washer/dryer was a nice plus! Dryer did take a long time so start early!

Overall it was a good stay. Location was perfect only a few minutes walk away from the main attractions of Venice.
Room was clean, well maintained and the view from the room of the canal was amazing.
Only issue was the luggage storage area. Many travellers usually require storage for early/later flights. But they had only two big lockers for the whole hotel. Many other guests were having the same issues of no luggage storage. So keep this in mind if you arrive too early or leave on a later flight.
They do have third party companies nearby but they are closed on weekend
So overall a good experience. Slight negative about luggage and also wish there was more human interaction regarding the issue.

The check in was easy and the room was ready early, which was a big plus! Everything is electronic so we never saw any employees. The location is centrally located and right on a canal! The electricity was scheduled to be out for a few hours on our day of arrival and we were warned ahead of time! There were two rooms with plenty of space for 3 travelers. The beds were slightly hard but not terrible. Would stay again.
