The room was large and quiet and the bed was large and comfortable. The location was within easy walking distance to major sites. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Bathroom was large and well equipped, but could use a good scrubbing.

Lovely room, great staff and facilities were good. Location was amazing
There was a sewage smell in our room and it is extremely expensive for what it is.

Great location, in close proximity to the train stations, bars and restaurants.
The rooms were uncomfortably cold & when we reported this to reception we were told the heating wouldn’t go on until 1st Nov! We couldn’t sleep for the cold. Staff also made a snide comment about my name upon check in which was unprofessional.
