Communal areas were nice
The bathroom was tight and dark

The location of this hotel was perfetto! From here we went to a pasta and tiramisu making class and I met up unexpectedly with a cousin from Vermont who I had not seen is 25 years and did not know was in Florence for dinner and we were picked up from here by our Trek Travel group!
I do not think anything should change! Everything was molto bene!

The hotel is in a great location. We used the sauna on a rainy day and it was great. Paid parking was a bonus.

Beautiful standard and finish, stunning room blending modern and classic styles.
Extremely large and comfortable bed with pillow menu. Very pleasant and quick room service
Stayed on the ground floor, a lot of noise from inside the hotel
