Perfectly located for the event we were attending that day (at Places Leisure Eastleigh). Room was of a reasonable size. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine. Staff were very welcoming.
There was a slight smell of damp in our room, and I'm not sure the bathroom at proper ventilation (which may explain why). Worth checking it out!

Cleanliness and staff
It was very noisy, both road noise through the windows which didn't seem to cut much of it out and the fact that you cannot close the doors quietly as the handles do not move , so everyone has to slam it shut to leave the room, which unfortunately started at about ten past five on a Sunday morning.
