Rooms were clean and also felt spacious. Plus the staff are very helpful when needed as well as being friendly.
Price of food inside the hotel was high-priced.

Very nice staff and went above and beyond.

This hotel works really well. Rooms are nice, breakfasts excellent. The staff were so kind and so helpful. The other keys are excellent large carpark and only a 9 min walk to Hyndland station. Also 24 hour M&S 50 yds away. Will definitely stay again.

Easy to check in, bed very comfortable, water hot, good quantities for breakfast.
We were surprised to find that parking is an additional charge - that's quite unusual. Especially since the room itself was definitely not cheap. The fittings in the bathroom were very worn - which wouldn't have been a problem, but as the dial was missing and the tap markings illegible, it took a dozen attempts to work out how to use the shower! Breakfast didn't have the widest of choices - in particular, I was looking for non-dairy options - but then again I didn't have time to ask!
