Very friendly staff, I wanted early check but that wasn’t available but, they did offer to hold our stuff while we wait for check in and we were also able to keep our stuff there after check out until we departed Scotland. This was also in a great location near the university with lots of pubs and coffee shops near by.
Unfortunately rooms need to be updated a bit, bathroom door handle was on the bridge of breaking off any minute so we could fully close the door because of it, shower was super small, there was noticeable rust coming from top shower head, vanity light did not work, there was a couple hairs in bathroom and bedding, when booking I tried reaching out for early check in and check out but never got a response.

Good location in the West End. Super clean room and bathroom. Plenty towels. Comfortable bed. Have stayed in a lot worse places in Glasgow for twice the price.
Can’t think of anything.
