We really appreciated that the owner met us and even helped walk our bags ten minutes from our parking garage to the property. He was very accommodating.
Property is very centrally located, just steps from everything.
Very roomy unit, with small kitchen and family room, with two small decks you could open the doors to for fresh air.
The bed was too hard for our comfort.
Beware that the washer machine takes a long time to run (over 3 hours) and the cloths comes out smelling funky. I think it needs to be cleaned or something. It's a small machine so you can only wash a few items at once too.

It was exactly as promised. It was clean, with comfortable furnishings and a useful kitchen and washer/dryer. It is well located and walkable to old town and both ports, train and bus station. It is located on a walk only part of the old town. It was just two of us, but appears to have enough mattress space for 5.
Nothing! It is a second story walk up which was not a problem for us. Luigi and a colleague met us and were prepared to help us porter our luggage both ways if needed.
