The staff and their professionalism is the assist of this property. They are so caring and proactive.
There is hot water option but solar run hot water operation was complicated to me. Staff were cordial to show how to do it but after a long tiring day, it was not easy to go through such complex process.

Easily the best hotel and town I've stayed in during my time on the island. The staff was educated, incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Food was phenomenal. The location was peaceful and quiet, walking distance to the center. Everything in the room was good quality, no complaints!

The place is phenomenal. You feel the peace and love as soon as you enter. The staff are simply brilliant- nothing is too difficult-they go the extra mile! Do not hesitate to recommend to travellers looking for authentic Sri Lankan hospitality.

We had a really lovely stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and our room was large and confortable, with a very comfy bed.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming and which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily recommend!
