Location was good and it was quiet at night.
Privacy glass above the doors were missing but was replaced while we were in the flat. The bathroom loo refill also needed fixing and the shower unblocking. The owner fixed them

The host was truly outstanding..very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. While the place itself is certainly on the smaller side, it is incredibly clean and efficiently laid out.
The most significant issue was the persistent and excessive noise. For three nights, I suffered from severe disturbance caused by a music institute in the neighboring building, making it impossible to get proper sleep. The noise level was so disruptive that the property owner had to escalate the matter by calling the police to request it be stopped. This environmental factor makes the property unsuitable for anyone sensitive to noise or seeking proper rest.
Facilities and Access Issues
The overall facilities require urgent improvement:
Access: Please note there is no elevator and the property is located on the 3rd floor, which is difficult with luggage. The entrance area also lacked lighting, posing a safety concern after dark.
Lighting: The room is poorly equipped with lighting; there is only one very bright main light and no bedside lamp or night light option.
Plumbing: The hot water outlet flow rate is extremely slow, making simple tasks unnecessarily time-consuming.
