This is an apartment so no breakfast but they did have a refrigerator and a microwave. We bought food at the market downstairs and warmed frozen food, which was fine. The location was good.
We asked for a noon checkout instead of 11 since it is very early and they refused. It is upsetting when there is no flexibility at all. We enjoyed it but it left a bad taste in my mouth as one hour would not make a huge difference to them but for us it did. There was no where to store the suitcases so we had to alter our plants.

Ubicación e instalaciones. Tiene supermercados cerca y el apartamento está muy completo.
El check in. Tienes que chatear por páginas para que te den el código de la habitación. Se tarde más de media hora.
Más vale que no tengas ningún problema, porque en recepción están para mantener el orden, cualquier problema te derivan a Booking.

La comunicación con el anfitrión se hace a traves de whatsapp con IA. Un desastre. Primero me dieron una dirección para el acceso y cuando ya estaba por llegar me la cambiaron, diciendo que la entrada era por la calle de atràs. Me pasaron la ubicación y una dirección equivocada. No tenía conexión y fui por la dirección que me llevó a un lugar muy desagradable. Recupere la conexión y fui a dar en el lugar. Solicitamos un late checkout y fue otro disgusto. Ya lo había solicitado días antes, a través de la plataforma de Booking, porque el horario de nuestro vuelo requería que nos quedàramos unas horas más. Pero nunca me contestaron por la plataforma. Cuando lo volví a solicitar a través de WhatsApp, por 4 horas de late check out me querían cobrar arriba del valor de la diaria que había pagado. Resolví que dejaría el equipaje en resguardo en el edificio, pero no tenían lugar para ello. Me llevó un largo tiempo de mi paseo resolverlo, mensajes a Booking, chateo con el whats del anfitrión, que es IA, mucho enojo y malestar. Les dije que no pagaría ese valor por un late check out, soy viajera frecuente y sé cuànto se puede pagar por ese servicio. Finalmente, cuando había resuelto dejar mis maletas en la casa del chico que nos hizo los traslados, volví a preguntar y me dijeron que podíamos quedarnos por un valor más adecuado. Y así lo hicimos.

I did not like the property.
Our stay was really disappointing. The apartment was extremely cold and uncomfortable — there’s only one small portable heater, and it’s very weak. It barely warms up the room, making it hard to relax or even sleep properly. The air felt stuffy, and we both ended up feeling sick from how cold it was inside.
The furniture also needs improvement — the sofa looks very dated, and the bed is uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially during colder months.
