The Fern Lonavala has absolutely mesmerizing rooms and facilities. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff is one of the best things about the stay. Room service, reception, and the overall staff are extremely fast, responsive, polite, and helpful.
However, there are a few major areas that need improvement:
Electricity: This was the biggest issue during our stay. The power kept going off multiple times. On one occasion, it must have gone and come back around 15–16 times, which was quite frustrating and affected the overall experience.
Food: Lunch does not have a buffet option, which was a little disappointing. The dinner menu has good variety, but the taste is missing. Honestly, there wasn't a single dinner item that I found really mouth-watering
