We had an amazing stay at Atlantis Sanya, and a big part of that was thanks to Alina, our personal assistant. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. She truly went above and beyond and made our stay much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Alina, for the wonderful service!

Clean. Room is decent. Staff are nice and helpful.
Overpriced. Not all inclusive. Need to pay for many services or facilities.
Swimming pools were closed and in maintenance. Only one family pool is available.
Waterpark facilities were partially closed
Poorly managed beach. The beach is so beautiful. But the benches are not directly on the beach. And the swim area was too small. And there were many ppl selling the cart.
Inside the aquarium, there were too many commercial phototaking. Those booths with bright light totally ruined the beautiful big tank.
