The arrival (which was very poorly organised)set the tone of our stay. Renee ( just prop) poor serv

The location was good, unit had all self catering items

Our check-in experience at Saints View in Uvongo was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival at the property, we contacted Renee from Just letting who repeatedly cut off our calls. We initially thought we were scammed .When she finally answered after numerous attempts on our side , Renee informs us that we needed to drive to the office to collect the keys. Enroute to the office, we received a message from Tracey advising that the keys were actually at Saints View. Renee then informed us that we would need to wait approximately an hour because she was busy, which would have delayed our check-in until around 16:00. Unfortunately, Renee's communication and attitude throughout this process came across as rude and abrasive, which added to our frustration. There were no keys available for the bedrooms, and the bathrooms. The bathtub contained hair from a previous occupant, and it was evident that the unit had not been cleaned properly. Despite paying an exorbitant cleaning fee, we are required to do a thorough clean ourselves, including removing refuse left behind or forfeit deposit. In addition, we requested the WiFi password from Tracey but never received a response. Overall, the level of service and property standards fell well below expectations. We would appreciate an explanation regarding these issues and clarification on what the cleaning fee covered, given the condition of the unit upon our arrival.

lovely facility, lovely location but bad experience ever.

the the location

still traumatised by the heat in the Bedrooms, the ceiling fans are slow and the heat was unbearable. the air-con in the lounge does not cover the bedrooms, and you must pay extra to use air-con in the lounge, yet you have paid for the accommodation already. we couldn’t sleep because of the heat in the bedrooms.

No 24 was the best resort.

Can I Make a humble suggestion In the showers if it's possible to put a rail for the elderly to hold onto when they in the shower please.

Nice location with beautiful views. Beautiful chalet with stylish features

The toilets smelled of urine. Otherwise all was well

6 / 10Average·Jan 2026

The unit was not serviced for the entire stay. There was only one toilet paper in each toilet for entire stay as well there was only one towel per person the entire stay. The games area was very untidy
