This is the second time we’ve rented this home. It’s well equipped with what you need and very comfortable. A convenient location for all things cape cod. Chris is quick to respond to any needs or questions you may have. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay on Cape Cod.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood with view of a pond and great outside space. We had five adults and the house was a great size (it seemed a little more spacious than the pictures made it appear). Small note that the inside dinner table only sat four adults comfortably but we made it work. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan, as did the living room to help keep air moving with no AC. Kitchen had all of the basics. The house is within walking distance to a pond that had a beach with swimming access (although it was closed for swimming while we were visiting). No fishing is permitted from the shore of the pond. Easy access to a lot of activities on the cape - we enjoyed bike trails, the beaches, and the ferry to the islands. Would absolutely rent again!

We enjoyed relaxing on back porch listening to the birds in the morning and the quiet nights so very peaceful! Our host was great to give us recommendations for the area. Since it was our first time in Cape, it made things a little easier in deciding where to eat and places to visit. Thanks again!!
