Welcome to Corn Hill Ranch, a bright and spacious retreat in the heart of East Falmouth, perfect for families and friends seeking comfort, relaxation, and a stylish Cape Cod getaway.
Flooded with natural light and designed with a modern yet cozy feel, this beautiful home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The open-concept living area creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a welcoming dining space ideal for sharing meals and creating memorable moments together.
The home includes a serene master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with another queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. Guests will also enjoy 2.5 bathrooms, including two full bathrooms with convenient shower-and-tub combinations. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor; the others are upstairs.
Outside, the furnished terrace offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind, whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an outdoor dinner, or peaceful evenings surrounded by the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood.
Located in a quiet residential area of East Falmouth, Corn Hill Ranch combines modern comfort, bright open spaces, and the relaxing charm of Cape Cod, with parking available for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that pets are not allowed.
Guests are kindly informed that a “ $20 ” fee will be charged if the barbecue grill is not cleaned after use.

Our stay at Corn Hill Ranch was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations.. This was our first visit to Cape Cod, so I was totally delighted the house is as beautiful as advertised and the location, perfect. We enjoyed our stay at the house as it is arranged for comfort with an open concept living floor plan. Very spacious. I loved our porch time sitting on the rocking chairs and looking over the beauty of the area. We had contact with our host as we had an issue we couldn't figure out and she was there in a matter of minutes. She was so gracious and helped resolve our concern. I'd like to thank our host for helping to make our vacation worry free. It meant so much. I will definitely recommend this home to anyone whose thinking of vacationing on Cape Cod. Lots to do and so much to see. We will be returning again soon.Ronni G.
