The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. It was close to the beach and had private parking. The lovely balcony offered a partial sea view, and the Old Town and fortress were within a pleasant walking distance. We had a very comfortable stay.
The sofa in the living room could be a little larger and more comfortable.

Good location large apartment with washing machine
Very dated the hardest sofa I have ever sat on.
I copied and pasted the address directly from the BDC page and finished up in the middle of a very very busy city. The address is confusing starting with a 7 actually it should start with a 1 then it’s number 7.

Very good location, close to the beach (2-3 min). Small and quiet street, good for sleeping in the night.
Good equipment: new washing machine.
Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, two balconies.
Very good air condition devices. Good thermal isolation.
Kitchen poorly maintained and cleaned. For this high price a clean kitchen is expected. For example the fridge interior was dirty.
Presence of ants in the kitchen, as soon as you bring some food.
The room cleaning is too superficial (not satisfying): only each 3rd day, one cleaning schedule was even not done (on the 9th day).
The owner is pleasant and friendly but quite passive regarding shortcomings: we had to remind him 3 times about missing shower gel in the bathroom, and he fully forgot another request.
The tap water pressure was miserable during the whole stay. In other accommodations in the neighborhood this was not the case.
The owner is pleasant and friendly but passive regarding shortcomings: we had to remind him 3 times about missing shower gel in the bathroom, and he fully forgot another request.
Guests expect much more presence and reactivity for 1400 euros / 10 nights in September.
