Property was very spacious . Good clothes storage space and some decorative wall art and unusual hanging spaces
Easy contact communication via email and what’s app
Very convenient to buses trains and metro .
Lots of choice for restaurants within walking .
Good local food shopping close by .
Liked have building code and especially have door keys in lockbox, very safe and secure
Property needed a lot of TLC .
Apartment did not smell fresh and definitely needed a very deep clean .
Basic clean up of sink shower and toilet had been done but floors fridge and bins were grubby.
Sheets on bed fine but duvet cover and under sheet for fold up bed looked like they were not changed , top sheet for sofa was fine .
Sofa bed broken,
portable air con and living room lamp broken but usable (dangerous)
Living room coffee table badly damaged on top . Furniture was tired
Walls were dull and marked needed to be painted and freshened up
Apartment was habitable but difficulties were disappointing
Very small and inexpensive changes would make such a huge difference to this very spacious and conveniently located apartment
