Dated but comfortable.

Located just 400m from main Liberade Ave in centre of Lisbon. Double bed downstairs very comfortable, TV, air conditioning, washing machine & WiFi all work well. Kitchen & bathroom been renovated. Could sleep up to 5 persons which make the rent much more attractive.. Restaurants, transport, supermarket all close by ( in walking distance) and next door to a hospital. ,

Located 200m up a steep cobblestone one way street, inside building up 12 steep steps to a door that is extremely difficult to unlock 🔑 & inside another somewhat rickety 14 step staircase to negotiate to bathroom & two bedrooms. It is dated ( old style decor) & couldn't do with some work & repairs ( at not much cost). There are no curtains on the main lounge room windows & no insect screens on any windows, especially needed on small bathroom window as no exhaust fan. The hand held shower nozzle needs replacing as only gushes out, no uniform spray. There were floor bugs & small flying insects but no insect spray or surface spray. There was no door handle on main bedroom, no plug for kitchen sink, no light inside refrigerator, no clothes pegs for outside clothesline ( but probably unwise to use as it hangs over neighbours backyard & if anything dropped??). Does have " clothes horse" which I used in upstairs bedroom with skylight as quicker drying. Neighbours on bottom side 13B were very noisy & loud at times, both inside & out. The damage to wallpaper on staircase is aesthetically poor, could be covered up with hangings or a strip. There was damage to wall as you enter the front door of no.13.

Good location, get what you pay for

Location and having 3 separate bedrooms and kitchen. Good shower.

The door into apartment was difficult to open. The smell of paint was overwhelming and paint cans left in apartment. Stairs to 2 of the bedrooms and only bathroom was dangarous, very narrow steps and very lose handrail. Overall the apartment was shabby, but did the job for our 3 night stay as location was perfect. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues as on a very steep hill then stairs up to apartment plus within apartment. Spent very little time in apartment so met our needs as location for price is good.

Perfect one nighter

Perfect for us for one night coming late at night from the airport

The bed was a little sloped in the middle

Enough to sleep for one night.

Locality and reasonable price. Self check-in. They let us enter the room couple of minutes earlier. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The space and equipment seem VERY worn out, the floor creaks a lot, you can hear your neighbors through the walls.
