Our first Marrakesh experience and this was the perfect place which we recommend unreservedly. A couple with two teenagers, we will use again for sure. Chose this riad based on its many favourable reviews on Booking.com - and they were right - this is a gem. Clean, comfortable and homely - very welcoming place. The staff are superb - friendly, attentive and super helpful. Hassan gave excellent advice and tips throughout. Latifa provided the most wonderful breakfasts - each of our three were different including the crockery! Served on the peaceful roof top terrace. Hamisa ensured our rooms (two of the six) were spotless with added nice touches too (weekend cover staff also great - Ibrahim and the chambermaid/cleaner). Very well located on a perimeter road so accessible by car/taxi but still easy to walk into the medin and quiet despite this, Was 2 mins walk from pick-up location for 'Tourism Transport' white minibuses) for daily excursions (we did early morning balloon ride and Ourika Setti Falls- both enjoyable). We were very pleased to take up the offer of taxi from and to the very grand airport (euros 20 one way) - both pickup and journeys ran smoothly. Communication throughout was excellent and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
Nothing.

This was an oasis of peace in the midst of Marrakech’s tumult. I can’t praise Hassan too highly. He was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfasts were stupendously good too.
All good as far as we were concerned
