It was accurately presented. Exactly like the pictures

The location was excellent. Very close to the souks and the central areas, but far enough away that it wasn’t too loud. The communal areas had been renovated to a high standard and was very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff incredibly helpful. Our bedroom was large and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were particularly helpful and could source what you needed. The rooftop dinner (need to book in advance) was excellent.
Our bathroom needed renovation and improvement. It was a dark room that hid some basic maintenance needs. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, the toilet was wobbly when you sat on it. The sink didn’t have a plug and it was a battle to get hot/cold water properly at the right temperature.

This is a top Riad and definitely worth staying at! It’s very close to the Souk, while the surrounding area felt safe and welcoming.
The Riad itself is beautifully Moroccan in style, charming, authentic, and exceptionally clean. But the real superpower of this place is the staff. They were absolutely amazing; polite, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Everyone was fantastic, but a special thank you to Mourad, who truly went the extra mile to make our stay even more enjoyable. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out.
We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech! ❤️
Nothing really.
