The location is excellent, right in the heart of a nice area with lots of places to eat and shop, facilities were all very clean and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful!

The rooms were very clean. That is really a plus for me. The facility is also in the middle of downtown but it is quite overall when the windows are closed. I also liked the very friendly staff at the facility. They were willing to help with everything I needed. If you want to stay downtown and are travelling on budget, I recommend the facility.
Overall, the facility is okay. The location is a bit too busy even at night which is a safety scare at first, but the residents are generally okay. They do not attack anyone.

Location & Street Noise:
Situated right beside the main Martim Moniz square, the entrance can be a little tricky to spot at first. Because the guesthouse sits in a densely packed residential pocket directly opposite shared local apartments, the street below stays busy and loud well into the night. A fair bit of street chatter and noise carries right up into the rooms after dark, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.
Rooms, Amenities & Staff:
On the positive side, the receptionist is super friendly and helpful, and the property itself is clean and well-maintained. The rooms, however, are tiny. Despite the cramped footprint, the bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi works well, and they thoughtfully provide a standing fan and a plug-in mosquito repellent. You also get access to a shared kitchen area, and the bathrooms come stocked with basic toiletries.
The Stay & Access (No Lift):
To be frank, the stay is strictly average. We only needed a place to crash for one night before our flight back to India, and while the immediate proximity to the Martim Moniz metro station is convenient, almost everything else works against it. The biggest drawback is the lack of an elevator—you have to haul your luggage up three flights of stairs, which is far from ideal at the end of a trip.
We booked via Booking.com and paid around €63 for the night. For that price in Lisbon, you can easily find much better alternatives without the three-floor luggage climb and late-night street noise. Despite a few redeeming touches like the warm staff and clean upkeep, it is best to skip this one if you have other options.
