The hotel is lovely, and the staff were very friendly
We stayed in a room without a window, and it wasn’t right for us. The interior is quite dark, so without natural light it felt very dark and cramped. I’d recommended booking a room with a window.also, you can’t use the gym in the other hotel, so facilities are limited

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
Beautiful and Clean Hotel with super comfy beds.
Very good breakfast, with both a buffet and special menu.
Our Halong Bay trip was cancelled due to weather and the staff accommodated us with an additional night but in a smaller room. The King Suite with Balcony is a much better choice worth the little bit extra.
The noise from the other rooms on your floor.
There is no soundproofing whatsoever.
You can hear people talking and slamming doors.
