Staff welcoming and helpful. The room had a good sized shower room, was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Ground floor room next to the front door was a bit noisy when other guests arrived and left, not helped by the wooden floors, but I guess its difficult to minimise such noise.

The room and bathroom were lovely
We were expecting to be a part of a hotel. Not a house on the street

Convenient location
The bed was so ridiculously soft I kept rolling into my husband I’m sure for some a soft bed is great sadly I only managed an hours sleep as it was too soft
