A well appointed room within a well presented hotel. Clean and comfortable, room facilities were above our expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly, and put the guests first. Decent breakfast facilities too. Plenty of hospitality items supplied daily alongside the room check for anything outstanding that needed attention. Liked the coded entry system and for the room entry. Didn't mind the lack of hosting, it's their system and it works. Made up for it in the mornings with their jobs to do, catering and housekeeping, and friendly banter.
Enjoyed the breakfast facility but found it a little cramped when two guests are trying to obtain their food from the serving area. Great idea, however, for a semi help yourself breakfast nonetheless, i.e. cereal, toast, hot food. Drinks were served by the kitchen staff. Decent sized breakfast room that can accommodate a dozen or so guests. Just got to take it in turns in getting breakfast items needed.

Problem could do with a little TLC along the corridors paint wise

The location was great! Our room was lovely, clean, warm, quiet and secure. The breakfast was lovely and substantial. The staff were lovely and cheerful throughout our stay.
No complaints, keep delivering the great service you currently offer. We would highly recommend your hotel to any of our family, friends or work colleagues who may be staying in the Cleethorpes area in the future.

Location was excellent and it was close to the seafront. Parking available but very limited but it's a bonus here. Breakfast was better than expected and the lady serving and cooking was lovely and made sure we had fresh and hot food. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom looks new. There was an ironing board although it did smell a little damp. Liquid soap, body wash and shampoo provided. Tea and coffee provided. Water, in plastic bottles, provided.
One of the walls in our room looked damp and had paint peeling off. The blinds looked moth eaten. Walls quite thin (I could hear people using their loo!). The disabled space needs properly marking up as we took this totally by accident having no idea it was meant to be one. Water pressure in the shower was a little weak and the bathroom got steamy quickly so you do need to open the small window. It felt more like an office building so needs a little bit more of a soul injected into it.
