The Villa was fantastic, the staff were really amazing, the resident singer Geraldine was truely part of the experience there, we loved her voice and style which was very entertaining. I'd recomment the food, the chef created some fantastic dinner meals, that were Michelin star quality, the breakfast was very good too. I'd highly recommend Mercury Phu Quoc to anyone visiting Vietnam, all staff really do their best for the guests.
The weather out of season, we were there in July/August 2026

I have been here many times and I love it, you have your own private beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You have onsite restaurant and shop to buy snacks, beer etc.
Nothing everything was great

This property is very convenient as it is a short distance from the airport. The beach access was perfect and the pool was always a welcome treat. The breakfast buffet was a favorite for all as there are so many options to choose from. And getting around the island was a breeze as the staff were more than helpful.
Unfortunately the resort is a bit outdated. I would say skip the nearer villas and choose one of the accommodations further back on the property. Some even have their own swimming canal!

The location is good considering this is beach side property. Maintained well.
Room Housekeeping is horrible, We found cockroaches in the rooms. Considering this 4 star property. They provided small 250 ML water bottles at room. Considering the humid weather how its enough.. Service is pathetic. Surprising part if they have asked to hand over 200$ as security deposit or passport during the checkin. This was not mentioned anywhere.
For plates at room they are charging 15K VND. we fought with the manager to get this sorted. Basic amenities and service is missing.
