The staff was extremely friendly the reception staff the helping staff everyone. Especially Mr. Bandar Al-Harbi who upgraded my room without any surcharge. The facilities were good. Rooms had great view and very clean.
Just the shower area was a bit small other than that all great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to flight timings, we arrived earlier than check in time. Reception staff were helpful in giving us a place to rest away from the lobby and then allowing us in to the room much earlier than the 4pm check in time. Staff were kind and polite and helpful throughout the stay. Excellent value for money.
Breakfast was basic, but we enjoyed it.

Great value for money and located right next to the Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi)! Everything was way above our expectations. The staff was super helpful, welcoming, and let us drop off our bags early before check-in. They truly care about their guests and fully deserve their high rating. Highly recommended!

Location. Breakfast had good variety.
Staff were good and hospitable.
Seems old, not 4 star at all. May be 3. Our room was decent but lacked storage for 4 beds. Cleanliness is hit and mess. Cafe was basic. Reception area too small for a 4 star. Bathrooms old and broken things.
