Property was in a great location opposite Gate 305 making it easily accessible to Masjid Nabawi. Upon arrival Abdul Karim checked us in & upgraded us free of charge to the haram view absolutely breathtaking view. Asem at guest services was also fantastic. These guys always had a smile on their faces.

I paid 420.30SR at front desk for my dinner which was scratched out & booking.com promised to get me refund once I submit the invoice, Since then I am trying to invoice mentioned that I paid that amount for dinner but I could not get it yet, you guys are keep sending me the receipt not invoice & booking.com are not accepting it they want invoice showing the amount paid for dinner.

The location is far from the “happening” side of Masjid Nabawi ﷺ - however for some this is a plus as it’s the quiet side and very close to museums + Quba Walkway + Souk Tabakha
The lack of care for repeat visitors. This would’ve been our second visit- the first time faired better, with service and breakfast options. This time the didn’t even offer complimentary dinner even though we missed a full day and requested over 6 months in advance. Last year their management was nice enough to understand and offer complimentary dinner. Another disadvantage was the lacking breakfast options. Last year there were way more options and it felt fresher. Our view this year was the only good thing- the beds were horrible and hurt our backs
