Very nice location, convenient, river visible from some rooms. Stores and places to eat are near. The spa is amazing. Breakfast was fairly decent, though better on some days then others.
Some of the staff are good but a few were ignorant, like hanging up phone before answering questions - barely speak English while pretending they know it better then actual English speakers. Prices are kind of high and even went higher after I booked - as I thought about rebooking few more days but they went ridiculously high and that was not in summer but rather closer to fall, weird.

Really nice spa/ wellness area, modern well appointed rooms
The breakfast was ok but could have catered more to international guests.

Lovely staff. Great coffee..lots of common area space to sit down and chat.
Missed having museli offered for breakfast but that's a tiny niggle.

Breakfast was great, good assortment of food and drinks.
1. Room was next to the Elevator. Whole time someone uses lift You hear sounds.
2. Room management touch panel wont work properly, so I was unable to lower speed of ventilation and room was noisy.

"Such a lovely hotel, close enough for convenience, but far enough for the quieter visitor. Great staff, always on hand and helpful. Lovely breakfast, and plenty of it."
