All the amenities you need are available, all inclusive services and friendly staff
Nothing to mention really, everything was to an excellent standard

Everything was amazing, from the pool and beach to food and night shows and ofc staff
I found the ramps in all the resort built with very inclined angle, specially if you are with baby stroller, you would have hard time dealing with those ramps
The main restaurant for breakfast and dinner (food and staff are amazing) but there was always a lack of paper napkins (you get one only per person on the table) ofc if you ask for more you get but then you have to wait till someone is nearby or free from the staff
Lastly, in the room’s sliding window there was no mosquito net, specially for the people who prefers to sleep with window open and dont want to be bitten by mosquitoes during the night

Pools, clean, buffets , night programs
Kareem was very nice and helpful from guest relations
Always reachable and friendly and gave us a free late check out
Cold pool water
Expensive prices for example for SPA or markets within the resort

Everything at the resort was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our resort guide, Kareem, provided clear and excellent explanations. He was always ready to answer questions, even gave me tips, and took good care of me when I wasn't feeling quite well. Without him, we would have had to figure a lot of things out on our own. Thanks for everything during our stay at the resort, Kareem—on behalf of myself and my cousin!
I have absolutely no complaints. It was amazing.
