The reception staff were absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Mirna, who was super helpful with our registration. They even gave us a free late check-out! We stayed until 5 PM, had our lunch, and kept enjoying our drinks even after checking out. That was a really nice touch from them. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and highly respectful. Overall, it was a really good stay.
The only downside for us was the animation team. They were a bit quiet, or maybe the other guests were just quiet at the time. Since we are two young guys, we were hoping for more action and activities around the pool. The overall vibe was a bit too calm for what we wanted, but everything else was perfect.

Everything was amazing: Rooms, beach, pools, food, staff, and the lake was amazing view.
I would like to thank Mr Ahmed Samir and Mr Moamen in reception for helping me till I got my lost bag by managing that with the shipping company.
The annimation team and the activities should be totally enhanced without repeating the shows.
